UX design for complex products, and the team to keep it good.
Hands-on design first: the flows, the system, the screens that carry the load. Then the parts most consultancies leave behind. The ladder, the intake, the craft bar, so the work survives after we go.
UX STRATEGY
Where the product is going, and what that means for design. We map the current experience end to end, find where it breaks down for the person using it and for the business, and turn that into a direction the roadmap can carry. The output is sequenced: what to build next, what to fix, and what to stop doing.
DESIGN TEAM FORMATION
Deciding what shape the team should be, then filling it. Role definitions and levels written from your product rather than a template, an interview loop your team can run again without us, and candidates sourced from twenty six years of Silicon Valley design networks. Onboarding included, because a good hire who lands badly is a bad hire.
FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP
A design leader in the org chart for a few days a month. One to ones, performance reviews, the craft bar, executive readouts and headcount cases, all of it. It runs until the business is settled enough to hire someone permanent, and we hire that person before we go.
PRODUCT DESIGN
The work itself. Research, flows, information architecture, interaction and visual design, prototypes that answer a real question, and the components that make all of it repeatable. B2B consoles, consumer apps, and the awkward ones in between. We stay through build, because handoff is where most of the quality goes.
